The Dapper Baker began with his grandmother's pastry. Before it was ever a business, it was an effort to recreate what she made. Hundreds of attempts later, the recipes carried her spirit and became something of their own.

More than twenty years in food and hospitality shaped the rest. A respect for good service. A belief that the best ingredients come from people you know.

Today, The Dapper Baker brings pastry, coffee, and tea to gatherings across Durham Region. Every pastry is made to order. Our ingredients are sourced in Canada first, and as close to home as we can manage.
